Crispy 🍫 Chocolate Fudge Cups

These chocolatey cups are creamy, fudgy and delicious, with a lovely crunch from the puffed rice cereal. They're super quick and easy to make, and you only need a microwave and one bowl -- so barely any washing up. Winner!

5 minutes plus 20 minutes chilling

1 cup chocolate spread

3 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

1/3 cup puffed rice (I use Rice Krispies)

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners

  2. Put the chocolate spread and coconut oil into a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on high in 30 second bursts, stirring at each interval, until melted and smooth.

  3. Stir the puffed rice into the chocolate mixture, making sure it is fully coated, then spoon into your cupcake liners. Pop into the freezer and chill for about 20 minutes until hardened.

  4. Store in airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

SWAP: swap the puffed rice with crushed cornflakes or any cereal of your choice.
