HONEY BUN CAKE - WITH ICING

HONEY BUN CAKE WITH ICING

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE:

MIX -

1 BOX OF YELLOW CAKE MIX

1/2 CUP SUGAR (UP TO 3/4)

3/4 CUP OIL

8 OUNCE SOUR CREAM OR CREAM CHEESE

4 EGGS

OPTIONAL -

1 CUP CRUSHED PECANS


PLUS: 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR - SET ASIDE - DO NOT MIX IN BATTER


MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND POUR 1/2 OF THE BATTER IN 9X13 " PAN (OILED).

THEN PUT 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR AND 1 CUP CRUSHED PECANS ON THE FIRST 1/2.

THEN - POUR THE REMAINING BATTER ON TOP.

BAKE @ 325 DEGREES FOR APPROXIMATELY 25 O 35 MINUTES


ICING:

MAKE ICING BY ADDING TOGETHER -

2 CUPS CONFECTIONERS SUGAR (POWDERED)

1/4 CUP MILK (2 TO 4 TABLESPOONS)

2 TEASPOONS VANILLA


WHEN CAKE COMES OUT TAKE A FORK AND MAKE HOLES IN THE TOP OF THE CAKE AND POUR THE ICING ON.
