"Cheese Ball" - (Lois Cygan's - 🧀cream 🧀 cheese)

Great with crackers, bread/bagels and more. Just form into a ball, the following ingredients.

1. 2 pkgs cream cheese

2. 2 pkgs Budwig scalians mix

3. Spoonful sour cream

4. 2 pkgs Budwig chipped beef lunch meat diced up

5. Few green onions with stalk diced up

Mix and form in to ball , this makes a great cheese dip , spoon a scoop on to a 🍘 cracker, or bread, or etc

This recipe is by the mother of a woman I met in about 1998 & hung around with from 1998 to 2005. I have recently, in last year seen her again a couple times. Her mother Lois Cygan is a real sweetheart of a lady. I've enjoyed this dip at their family gatherings.
