2 CUPS OF SELF RISING FLOUR

2 EGGS



MIX ABOVE TOGETHER


1 20 OUNCE CAN CRUSHED, SLICED, OR FRESH PINEAPPLE

1/2 CUP NUTS

CHERRIES OPTIONAL


IN PREPARED PAN, FIRST ARRANGE PINEAPPLE ON BOTTOM, THEN ADD NUTS AND CHERRIES IF DESIRED

POUR BATTER OVER

BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES


LET COOL


SERVE WITH COOL WHIP IF DESIRED
