3 EGGS 6 OUNCE CREAM CHEESE

1 CUP SUGAR 1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR

3/4 CUP PUMPKIN 1 TEASPOON VANILLA

3/4 CUP FLOUR 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER

2 TEASPOONS PIE SPICE


INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROLL:


BEAT EGGS UNTIL FLUFFY.

ADD SUGAR, PUMPKIN, FLOUR, SPICE

POUR INTO GREASED & FLOURED COOKIE SHEET

BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES


WHEN DONE TURN ONTO TEA TOWEL & ROLL

COOL 30 MINUTES

MIX TOGETHER FILLING - CREAM WELL TO SPREAD ONTO PUMPKIN ROLL

ADD FILLING & REROLL

WRAP IN FOIL FOR REFRIGERATION

TILL READY TO DISPLAY AND SERVE
