Simple and easy! My whole family loves this recipe so much. If it were for them, I’d be making this every day! Give it a shot, you’ll love it! To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:
Ingredients :
Pineapple in pieces, with the juice - Pineapple in pieces, with juice 1 can of 398 ml Brown sugar - 45 ml (3 tbsp) brown sugar reduced-sodium soy sauce - reduced-sodium soy sauce 60 ml (1/4 cup) Red bell pepper - Red bell pepper 1, minced Chicken thighs - Chicken thighs 12, boneless Also, provide: 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation :
In a large airtight bag, place the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, bell pepper, thighs, and red onion. Salt and pepper. Close the bag and shake. Remove air from the bag and seal. Place the bag flat in the freezer. The day before the meal, let the bag thaw in the refrigerator. When cooking, transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
