Easter morning be we’ll looking everywhere
for that Easter basket it has to be there.
When we find it our eyes will light up
at all the Easter things that we love.
They’ll be a big fluffy bunny with long floppy ears
and candy treats we haven’t had since last year.
Marshmallow candy and chocolate bunnies too
all the things that we look forward to.
The Easter bunny is coming to town
he’ll be hiding Easter eggs all around.
First we will have so much fun
dying eggs every color under the sun.
Later we all get to go outside
looking for all the places those Easter eggs can hide.
We'll fill our Easter baskets up to the top
till we find every egg we won’t even think to stop.

we’ll be sad to say goodbye when it’s all done
