The Lord’s garden it calls me with the day
I open my eyes and to him make my way.
There in his garden I kneel in prayer
the Lord he shows me how much he cares.
The Lord’s garden calls me to come home
far from his love I will never roam
Each morning he takes my hand
and shows me the love in my father’s plan.
Chorus
The Lord’s garden he lives in my heart
he alone made my healing start.
The beautiful flowers perfume the air
I’m so happy cause he’s with me there.
The Lord’s garden he died for my sins
to give me a way to be with him.
Each night when I close my eyes
I thank the Lord for his sacrifice.
Bridge
chorus
The Lord’s garden he lives in my heart
he alone made my healing start.
The beautiful flowers perfume the air
I’m so happy cause he’s with me there.
The Lord’s garden what more can I ask
then to walk with him on flower strewn paths.
He meets with me there everyday
and teaches me his love and his way.
